Alice Chung, M.D., is Assistant Director of the Breast Service and Assistant Director of the John Wayne Cancer Institute Breast Center. She is a Board-certified surgeon specializing in benign and malignant breast disease. Dr. Chung graduated medical school in 2000 and completed her breast fellowship training at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. She has had numerous publications in scholarly journals and has presented papers at annual meetings of the American College of Surgeons, Society of Surgical Oncology, and other renowned professional organizations. Dr. Chung participates in both clinical and translational breast research at the Institute.
