After residency training, in internal medicine at the University of California, Irvine and then at the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Greep completed a fellowship in endocrinology at USC and then assumed a faculty position first at University of California Irvine College of Medicine and then at University of California, Los Angeles where she is currently a full clinical professor in the department of medicine. A specialist in osteoporosis and women's health issues, Dr. Greep was a coinvestigator on the NIH-sponsored Women's Health Initiative study and has lectured extensively on menopause, hot flashes and osteoporosis. As Associate Director of the Endocrine/Bone Disease Program at JWCI, Dr. Greep is working with Dr. Singer on clinical studies of bone metabolism, parathyroid disease and menopause. Education
