Our privacy policy is clear: We will collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information to us.

JWCI Internet Security Policy

If you submit your resume through our website or to the Human Resources email, we use your personal identification information only in considering your application for employment. This information will be shared only with JWCI employees involved in making hiring decisions. We are required by law to maintain your resume as a record, but your personal resume information is not subject to public disclosure.

Donor Privacy

The John Wayne Cancer Institute is grateful for the support it receives from its donors and subscribes to the Donor Bill of Rights of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. JWCI does not, therefore, sell or trade donors’ personal or contact information with any outside organization, individual or business.

When you make a gift on our site, your personal information including e-mail will be entered into our donor database. We may send you e-mails or mailings in the future informing you of other giving opportunities or providing news about the John Wayne Cancer Institute. Should you wish to remain anonymous or if you choose not to receive any further communication from us, please notify us.

If you wish to be excluded from our list, please send an email to webmaster@jwci.org with the subject line REMOVE FROM MAILING LIST.

We do not collect personal information for any other purposes; however, we will disclose information to government entities or other third parties in response to subpoenas or other legal process as required by law.

We may contact you in order to raise money for JWCI. Unless you give us permission to use additional information, we would limit use of your information to contact information, such as your name, address and telephone number, and the dates patients received treatment or services by JWCI affiliated personnel.
